Our Production Process

The process has been structured from the company departments and production stages: communication, sampling, inspection, cutting, stitching, finishing and dispatch.

Merchandising

Buyer Brief & Enquiry

Buyer submits enquiry with product details, quantities, delivery timelines and target pricing.

Development

Sampling

Proto samples developed from tech pack or reference. Fit, size-set and pre-production samples follow.

Pre-production

Fabric Inspection

Incoming fabric inspected using the 4-point system before cutting begins.

Bulk production

Cutting & Stitching

Cutting room processes are followed by line stitching with in-process QC.

Final stage

Finishing & Dispatch

Final inspection, pressing, packing to buyer spec and coordinated dispatch.
